If you do not agree to this  TOU, you are prohibited from using the JERKALERT (JA) website or any of its services.

Persons who are under 14 years old may not register without an adult. By registering with with our site you represent and warrant that you are at least 14 years old.

JERKALERT.NET is a website providing users a venue for posting ratings, reviews and recommendations on events, activities, services and products via the internet.  The JA website also providing access to a variety of resources, including without limitation download areas, communication forums and documents and database (collectively "Services"). MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITYIf any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify JA immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. JA will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by JA or another party due to someone else using your account or password. As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any JA server, or the network(s) connected to any JERKALERT server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any JERKALERT server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services.

By posting information or content to any public area of jerkalert.net, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Jerkalert, inc  an irrevocable, perpetual, fully-paid, worldwide exclusive license to use, copy, perform, display and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sub licenses of the foregoing.

Entire Agreement

By completing the registration for jerkalert.net  you agree and accept the contains of this entire agreement regarding the use of this site. This Agreement may only be amended upon 1) notice by Jerkalert, inc to you, or 2) by written agreement signed by you and an authorized officer, agent or official of Jerkalert, inc.
